As the first fitness centre from the True Group in Malaysia, True Fitness opened in May 2005 in Desa Sri Hartamas with over 40,000 square feet of space. As an all-encompassing fitness and yoga centre, it is equipped with the latest fitness equipment and facilities and yoga studios.

True Fitness opened their second fitness centre in May 2006 in Subang Jaya. With an impressive area of over 65,000 square feet, the True Fitness centre in Subang Jaya is strategically located in the heart of the bustling commercial and residential area of Taipan USJ10. A standalone True Yoga centre, equipped with 5 yoga studios and with Yoga Masters hailing from India, is also part of the facilities open to members of the True Group, offering over 200 Yoga, Hot Yoga, Pilates and Dance classes per week.

A third Fitness, Yoga and Spa centre was opened in June 2007 with over 70,000 sq ft at Jaya33, Petaling Jaya– your one-stop wellness haven encompassing fitness, yoga and spa facilities under one roof. This massive space also includes True Yoga and True Spa, to offer a complete fitness, rejuvenation and relaxation experience all under one roof. Featuring a spectacular 30 metres Outdoor Swimming Pool, True Spa at Jaya33, with an indoor spa area of 8,000 sq ft and 6 outdoor spa pavilions, are designed for our members’ ultimate indulgence.

First time ever in Malaysia, Bikram Yoga made its debut in November 2007 in Subang USJ10 in a standalone facility of over 15,000 sq ft offering more than 70 classes per week by trained and certified Bikram Yoga instructors in 2 large heated studios. Other facility includes a 1,000 sq ft of Members’ Relaxation Lounge.

Within a short span of a month, a fourth Fitness and Yoga centre at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur opened its door in December 2007. This new centre offers both fitness and Bikram Yoga facilities spanning over 35,000 sq ft and is True Fitness’s first centre in a major metropolitan shopping centre in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

To date, Malaysia has a total of 6 centres (4 Fitness centres, 1 Bikram Yoga centre and a spa centre) occupying 225,000 sq ft of space.
