Sun Salutation Series 
A great way to start the day. You will never be tired, lazy or sleepy during work. The Sun Salutation can be enjoyed by all ages. This improves the elasticity of the skin, muscles, relieves stiffness in the joints, relieves pain, and increases mental strength. Consist of Sun Salutations and more asana (postures) for a bright, balanced, flexible and energetic life! 
 
Hatha Yoga
The most ancient, complete and popular form of yoga for the mental and physical health.  Hatha yoga is a science of breathing, a science of purification and synchronization on the physical and mental dimensions. Learn the ancient techniques of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudras (gestures), bandhas (locks), kriyas (cleansing) for good health, peace, prosperity, longevity and for self-realization.
 
Astanga Yoga
A unique system of Yoga that emphasizes proper diet, effective asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), mudras & bandhas (gestures & locks), dharana (concentration) & dhyana (meditation) to detox, de-stress and increase your vitality and longevity. 
 
Power Yoga
Intensive flow of postures and powerful breathing techniques. It is the ultimate strength combination.

Gentle Yoga
A gentle yet energetic way to de-stress and revitalize your body and mind. Suitable for beginners.
  
Yoga Therapy
A therapeutic aspect of Yoga. Good for all levels. Especially those with sport injuries and any health problems like stress, high blood pressure, back and neck pain, asthma, gastric troubles, constipation etc.
 
Hatha Vinyasa Yoga
A powerful series of flowing and jumping movements in Vinyasa. For the practitioner looking for a more challenging workout. Great for cardiovascular system, builds strength and endurance. Helps detoxify, balances hormones, reduce weight.  

Fusion Dance
A powerful combination of cardio-vascular exercise with fun filled dances. Suitable for beginners. Coming soon in Series 1, 2 and 3.
 
Bollywood Dance
A vibrant and entertaining dance. Come and join the rhythm of joy that introduces you to the blissful nature of Indian Bollywood Dance.

Ananda Yoga
Is a basic level of Yogasana programmes. It will improve the flexibility, stamina, balancing capacity and increase the body resistance. It helps to promote inner health and tone up the nervous system, lymphatic and muscular systems. Excellent in eliminating all tensions.

Asana & Pranayama
Various postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama). A very gentle yoga for all ages. Improves general health. Relieves stress and tension. Relieves back and neck problems. Great for beginners.

Astanga Vinyasa
A powerful series of flowing & jumping movement of Astanga yoga for people looking for a more challenging yoga workout. This is a great cardio strength and endurance class. Burn more calories than a 2-hour cardio workout for a slim, strong, toned & flexible body.

Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga is a sequence of postures and breathing exercises designed to systematically cleanse every part of the body and provide a complete mind/body workout.  Practicing yoga in a heated room is a safe way to stretch one's tendons, muscles and ligaments.  Through the heat, the body begins to release toxins and it is the fastest yoga method to burn calories.  It helps to improve circulation, increase metabolism, regulate digestion and strengthen immune system.

Kid's Yoga
Specially designed for kids. Promotes physical and mental growth. Improves concentration. Improves balance. Improves stamina. Improves health. Improves creativity.

Power Sun Series
The Power Sun Series can be enjoyed by all ages. This improves the skin elasticity, muscles, relieves stiffness in the joints, relieves pain, and increases mental strength. This class is only available in the evening as it is conducted during sunset.

Tai Chi
This ancient art will develop your internal energy or chi. Slow graceful movements will improve posture, mobilize joints and increase flexibility.

Yogalates
Revitalizes the whole body and mind with this ancient discipline. Controlled breathing techniques and stretching postures are held to ease muscle tension, stress and increase flexibility. Relaxation included.
